The official groundbreaking ceremony for Vital at Springbrook, a 300 unit Class-A multifamily apartment complex, was successfully completed on Thursday March 24, 2022  with an estimated construction period of 20 months. Located in a large mixed-use community connected to the Knoxville, TN airport, Vital at Springbrook will provide luxury apartments to the underserved Knoxville MSA with high end, resort-style living. The community will feature studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units, with an emphasis on efficient space and outdoor amenities.     

Vital at Springbrook will include custom interior finishes that provide a modern and farm like feel. Wood frame construction will be used along with fiber cement siding and brick, and a gable roof system with composition shingle roofs.
